You manage other people's data — that demands care

A rental administration holds people's income details, identity documents, bank accounts and living situations. Those are not ordinary files. Below is what RealGrip actually does to protect them — no badges, just what has been built.

Strictly separated per landlord

Every landlord has their own walled-off environment. One landlord's data is never visible to another, not even by accident through a search or a shared list. Documents such as floor plans and reports are reachable only through a signed link that expires by itself.

A nightly backup that gets tested

A backup that has never been restored is an assumption. So it is not only copied nightly, but periodically restored to check that it truly works. If a backup ever fails to appear, an alarm goes off — silence is not good news.

You decide who may see what

Staff get rights per area: who may see contracts, who the books, who only their own tasks. Sign-in supports two-step verification or Face ID. Failed attempts are recorded, and a run of them triggers an alert.
